This guy is really good at his stuff, good coder and good designer. He drew me in with his array of smart screensavers. Above is the gravity saver. His website (Simon Heys) is a very nicely set out blog. And the company he works for (tonic) which is an uber tidy flash site.
Basically I like all his stuff and who he works for, and I've only been looking at it for 20 minutes!
